Koodo is honestly terrible. They only care about signing new customers. As soon as you sign up, they'll increase your plan again and again saying the old plan is no longer an option, eventhough it's still advertised on their website for new customers. I juat got internet and literally 2 days later they increased my mobile plan then said I was not eligable for the internet black Friday discount that came out 3 days later.
I had an excellent experience at this location with Mitch! He took care of my needs with eSIM very quickly and professionally! I will recommend anybody who needs help with their cell phones needs to this location!
Originally was excited to upgrade our phones, but after being sold on a bunch of lies, Jevar, messed up our entire account. No phones were delivered I have spent HOURS on the phone with Koodo trying to resolve. Overcharged us by hundreds, and lied to my parents. Still don't have phones in our possession but paying for them. Save yourself the time and do it yourself online.
My son went in to take ownership of his phone and number. The employee managed to totally mess up his new account and mine in one swoop. We are very unimpressed as it's becoming a nightmare to get it fixed. He even managed to mess up my account and changed the ownership to my spouse while he was messing up my son's new account. This is totally unacceptable.
My dad visited the store to get a charger block several months ago and mentioned how the salesperson kindly offered him a discount. I recently realized I needed an itemized receipt for the purchase and emailed green mobile. Not only did I receive it promptly via email but noticed that Braydon was listed as the Salesperson on the receipt. Thanks so much for your kind professionalism and customer care, it doesn't go unnoticed.
Had a terrible experience at this location with Mitchell. Previously we had met with Zaed and he was terrific. Mitchell refused to help us and when I asked for his supervisor he flat out refused to share the information.
A big thank you to Mo at Telus for helping us get a new phone and my father in laws very first phone. He is very friendly, aknowledgeable, and professional!! Go in and see him. Hes great!!
