I went today to get a new phone. I am completely clueless with phones and was quite nervous as I’m travelling soon and need to have access to my phone. Gary took care of everything and answered every question I had. He made it so easy for me and set up everything quickly too. Highly recommend

Great service experience! I was transferring my Bell service to a new iPhone and was unable to do so working with the call centre, who suggested I go to my local Bell store. What a great experience! I was a little worried when I saw only one person working yesterday (Sep 22) and 3 customers in the store. But Matt had us all covered! He was pleasant, patient and a master at multitasking! The couple ahead of me were able to select their new phone, have all of their questions answered and complete their transaction. The lady after them had her issue resolved while the couple were making their decision. When it was my turn Matt was able to complete the transfer of my phone number in a matter of minutes, all while smiling! Highly recommended.
I wouldn’t recommend this store; the salesperson was rude and unprofessional. I have been there twice and have been totally disappointed with their service.
I had an excellent experience at the Bell store in Uxbridge thanks to Mathew. He took the time to answer all my questions and address every concern I had, all while making sure I felt like a valued customer. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the process stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you’re visiting this location.
I am a Truck Driver and depend on my Phone on a daily basis For a short period I noticed that I couldn’t send Email’s anymore During a delivery at the Bell Store I asked the nice Lady behind the counter if she could help. Without hesitation she took over and got me up and running She set up a new Password and send me a Test Email that I returned and just like that it was working just fine. I am from Peterborough and have never bought anything in that Store.But the Customer Service I received was simply fantastic.
