I have been going to N&A Automotive since well before their current location in Uxbridge. Nick and his team are honest, diligent and competent in all assets of automotive repair. I won’t go anywhere else, as I don’t have to think about whether that repair actually needs to be done or not, or whether it will be done competently. I can’t count the number of times I have been to a large dealership and their work was either suspect or way overpriced and or not required. If you are looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic this is the place to go! I cannot recommend N&A Automative enough. You would be hard pressed to find another!
What a fabulous mechanic! I’ve been going to Nick for over 25 years. He’s fair and honest. I never have to worry about the price because he always beats the competition. He keeps me updated on the status of the repairs. I used to see him in Stouffville and now he’s much further from me but it doesn’t matter, I followed him.
I own a 2018 Chevy Cruze that required a new lower oil pan. GM Certified Service said it also needed a new axle seal. Nick called me shortly after I dropped off the car and told me he didn't see any problem with the axle seal. He changed the oil pan and the cost came in at $63 under the estimate. Synthetic oil changes are $20 less than what GM charges. This was my first experience having N&A Automotive service my car. Mark was friendly and told me a bit about the family business. I recommend N&A if you're looking for a mechanic who is fair and trustworthy.
I have recommended N&A on several occasions, and I have been taking my vehicle there for quite some time now. Customer service and dealing with Mark is outstanding! Nick runs a top notch business, they are honest, accommodating and beyond helpful. Keep up the amazing work, and I will continue to recommend without hesitation!
Mom took in her vehicle thinking something was wrong, they were honest and told her they found nothing. They also did not charge her for their time. Highly recommend!
I've taken both our cars into these folks multiple times and I have had nothing but positive experiences. They fix the problem when they say they will, their prices are reasonable and there's no effort to hustle you into paying for things you don't need.
Alright. This place is an absolute user friendly Gem. I will rate this the highest of all auto places I've been, period. And the others where great don't get me wrong. First it's family owned and operated, the advertising is mostly just word of mouth and google Maps doesn't show the place. I met the owner Nick, and his sons. They fixed my hyundai Sonata that was sputtering and gave it a major tune up as well. They showed me the part and showed there was a potential problem down the road and to keep an eye on it. They only fixed what was needed under the amount they quoted. All the while providing free WiFi, coffee and really comfortable seating. It didn't feel like an auto shop. If there was anything negative is that it's hard to find from the street but it's just north of the shell station. On the east side. I am impressed and no, this was not a paid or influencer review. I refuse to do that.
