Had a dent and scratch. CSN Uxbridge fixed it like new and also fixed another minor scratch without me asking. They also detailed my car. Very impressed and happy.

After almost a week of calling every day to figure out about getting my vehicle fixed here I highly recommend you don’t waste your time ! I was promised every day I would hear back the next morning and never was, each time I called I was treated like I was stupid and bothering them, they didn’t know where my insurance estimate was sent because they have “5 emails it could have went to” and I asked if that was my responsibility to know which email it went to they said “I don’t know how to answer that” I told them it’s too bad I was referred to this shop by a friend and every day I have spoken to two different women and one man and they all talked extremely unprofessional and again was told” not sure how to answer that either”. Made one call to a different shop and was asked questions and everything sorted out in my 5 minute phone call! Wishing now I didn’t waste a week of unnecessary stress! Very disappointed in this small town business !
Referred to this shop twice for insurance repairs - none of which were completed yet - and I'll tell you I'll fight my insurance company for any other shop due to the (un)welcoming experience both times with incredibly unfriendly and seemingly miserable front staff. Will report back with quality of work on that end of business. Side note: I think the front desk decor is turned the wrong way.
My car was rear ended and parts for the repair were difficult to locate due to the global supply issues. Brian and Tammy were very good at answering my questions and keeping me abreast of the how the parts order was progressing. As soon as the ppart arrived , they let me know, They knew I had been waiting , so as soon as the car was ready, I got a call to pick it up. The repair was done expertly and I would never think there had ever been any damage..... car looks and behaves brand new! I would not hesitate to recommend them, they are nice people who do good work!

Brandon is the owner, terrible service by him. As a owner you would think they will treat you better, however, its not the case, left him a message and never bother to return my call. Will not recommend to anybody for any work.
