I was parked out in the parking lot and the UPS guy saw me struggling to get out of my car and using my cane(bad knee), and he came out to the parking lot and grabbed my package(the box;get your minds out of the gutter!) And every other time I drop off, they help me with labeling or taping the box better,etc. Friendly knowledgeable staff!

We own Town Trolley Tours and the UPS Store in Uxbridge has excellent services. We have them do Design, Printing , Copies, UPS shipping and most of all they have great service. If I could give them a 10 Star rating I would.

Not only have I waited for a package that was delayed two weeks due to poor communication on the part of UPS regarding delivery instructions but when I arrive at 627pm to deliver a prepared return they close ahead of their posted 630pm. How is UPS still in business?

There is a total disconnect between the counter help and the customers who patronize the store and keep it in business. Address accidentally keyed in wrong (since 7 key and 4 key are too close) which caused a delay in delivery. Had to contact the store to find out why no one day delivery occurred. Darren advised that he had contacted UPS and corrected the error and it would be delivered next day - did not happen. Called next day after waiting for a call that never happened. Instead it appears they chose to hide behind an email. When reached the store after 30 attempts of redialing - was informed - too busy with customers in store. Smart a$$ comments as well. One day delivery turning into 5 days. Why not just throw money away. Obviously and apparent they don't care. Only raking in new dollars and not servicing existing customers..

Similar issues to Thomas Anderson below. Except it's now 2 YEARS later and the incompetence continues. My wife just took a parcel there for shipping. No work involved it's a prepaid Amazon return. She got there, opened the door and walked in... another lady was there. Older. Told my wife there's no one there and she'd been waiting 10 minutes. They called out... no response. So they waited around for awhile and finally the guy showed up from a door at the back. They both asked him where he was... "I had to go to the bathroom!" (angry.) My wife told him "you could have at least locked the door and put a note on the door saying you were closed for 15 minutes". He got upset and told both of them to go take their business somewhere else. (NOT nice. My wife is a senior and the other lady was older than her. Not easy to drive 20 minutes to another town to drop off there. Note: The other lady has had a lot more "exposure" to this treatment apparently. She told my wife the guy's father owns the location and the son seems completely uninterested in working in the store. And his attitude shows it. Might as well not even have a location in Uxbridge if this is what we're going to get. I really hope UPS head office reads these reviews.

Probably the worst customer service we have encountered with a parcel service Darren feels once he prepares the shipping docs hes done with you. PS parcel is still lost...5 weeks now

I’m happy to report that the very precious picture of my daughter that Darrin (UPS Uxbridge) packed and shipped to Arizona for me has arrived safely and on time. Thank you so much!
