I’ve visited the Shoppers Drug Mart on Toronto Street South in Uxbridge, and it’s a very convenient stop for pharmacy items and quick essentials. Parking in the plaza is easy, and you can usually get a space close to the entrance. Inside, the store feels clean and organized, with cosmetics at the front, snacks and everyday items down the middle aisles, and the pharmacy at the back. The pharmacy staff have been friendly and patient with questions, and prescription pickup has been smooth most visits. Price-wise, it’s typical Shoppers — not always the cheapest, but when you combine sales with PC Optimum points, you can get good value. Checkout flow is generally steady and not overwhelming.
Save yourself the time and go to staples for passport photos. I spent so much time here and first their camera wasn’t working, then the uploading system wasn’t working and then my makeup was “too oily”. I then drove done the street to staples, minutes later, and in 2 minutes I had my photos, with amazing customer service. The beauty boutique staff also don’t understand customer service and friendliness. So disappointing for a small town.
never very friendly always are kept waiting while they file and finish conversations not regarding customers. very seriously thinking of going to pharmacy plus!!! get text meds are there and they are not !
When I visited the store a couple days back, the service was fantastic. I was helped out by the young employee Stephanie, and her attitude was incredible. She helped me find what I needed and she was so kind even though she looked busy. She NEEDS a raise!!!!!!
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a store. This was yesterday July 8th. I came into the store in the afternoon just coming to pick some things up, when I heard loud shouting between staff members. The young male employee (maybe in his late 20’s) was YELLING at his staff in the middle of the store during the day. The other staff were trying to calm him down, but he wouldn’t calm down. I was shocked that something like this would take place. He was extremely rude and was actually disturbing the shopping experience for the rest of the customers. I had to actually ask one of the workers if everything was ok. Shoppers you need to do better on who you hire!
I came in for some hair products and the pharmacy assistant - Gaurav Kapoor was very helpful. Provided different options as I needed and customer service was great! Would ask for assistance if he’s there!
My husband had a knee replacement and we have needed to reach out to the pharmacists a number of times with challenges. They have been absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. We have avoided hospital visits based on their assistance and knowledge. They have been graceful and informative and very helpful through this process. Thank you!!
