Excellent washing stations for your dog. Saving your back lol Great selection of foods, treats, meds, everything and always a friendly greeting and treats for the dog. She knows the place from the parking lot and looks forward to the treat.
Used to be my go-to in Uxbridge. I went in today and they have hamsters and gerbils. I asked, and they come from breeders. So no more shopping there for me. I do not support businesses that support breeders.
We get all our doggy and kitty supplies here - from food and toys to gear and gadgets. I like the buy 13, get one free program. Also buy the occasional insect treats for our chickens. Nicola is always so friendly and personable.
Decent stock, employees are a little uninformative but what do you expect from a pet store tbh. Have had a few good interactions where I asked questions and got amazing detailed answers but those are few and far between.
I brought my dog here to give him a wash a few times and had a great experience each time. They have all the stuff necessary so it was nice that I didn't have to bring anything of my own

I love this particular store. The staff are really nice, I've never had any kind of issues that weren't immediately rectified. Good prices, and they stock our raw food diet and food supplements, so that's always a bonus. Even last night I learned about a new product I may need in the future just chatting with the staff. Highly recommended.
