Very poor customer service. An associate scanned the wrong Amazon return QR code, then became frustrated and told me he was “too busy” to deal with the issue and that I was wasting his time — all said in front of other customers. The situation was caused by his error, yet I was treated dismissively and unprofessionally. Extremely disappointing experience. I recognize that this review reflects the behavior of a single associate and may not reflect the service provided by other staff at this location, but it is unfortunate how one person’s actions can significantly impact a customer’s experience.
I live in Markham and this is the specific calculation model my daughter wants to get. Naturally I search online and noticed Staples has the best price, but unfortunately it’s not available online and the closest store is this location in Uxbridge. I decided to drive over without double checking their closing time. I arrived at 7:00 and the store manager had already closed the front. He asked what am I looking for and I told him there is a calculator that they have stocked. Not only did he reopen the front door for me, he walked me to find what I was looking for. This is the type of service that will bring back customer to their store time and time again!
This location is actually pretty nice. I’ve mostly used their printing services and I’ve been happy with their help so far. The printing centre staff has been helpful, prompt and accommodating every time! If you’re printing something and need any help, go there!
This is a great Staples. The staff are VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I would go to this store specifically for almost any stationery or office supplies. It's even decent for electronics.
Their e-cycle site states "At eCycle, we accept a variety of electronic devices for recycling or refurbishment including: TVs & Monitors". Took a 40" tv there to be recycled and was told that they don't take tv's that large. It seems to me that they don't make all that many tv's much smaller than 40", and that if they don't take tv's that size that they might state that on their website. I wasn't impressed.

This review is specifically for the print department! I print marketing materials with them on a regular basis and they are always incredibly helpful and kind. They always go above and beyond to make sure that my orders turn out perfectly. I deal with many people, in many businesses and Debbie is one of my favourite of all time. Her attention to detail and patience to assist me when I make a mess of my files are never taken for granted :)
