Unacceptable and selective service I was told the store was closed, despite the pumps being operational. Within 2 minutes, other customers arrived and the store was opened for them to purchase liquor. This inconsistency is unprofessional and raises serious concerns about selective treatment. This is not the standard of service expected from Petro-Canada. Management and corporate should investigate this location
Had a Really Good experience with them. After the New management they have renovated everything and its really better. And even staff is really helpfull.
This used to be a reasonable gas station. However, ever since the change of management in 2024, the gas prices change several times a day. The other two gas stations in town have way more consistent prices so there's less of a chance of getting ripped off.
Came to get a drink and a sandwich inside. The staff (hoping not the owner) was on her phone, and serving me while holding her phone in her ears. I asked her if I can use the washroom, she said it's out of service. I said that's fine, do you know if the chickn n dough next door has one. She lied to me saying they're on the same septic tank, and their washroom is also out of service. I went over to Chickn n Dough, ordered food and used their washroom. Be kind.
Amazing customer service! I pulled over due to my cars engine over heating. An employee named CJ helped me pick out the correct product as well as help me fill up. I was unsure of how to go about it properly but he knew exactly what needed to be done. I was completely empty on engine oil and coolant… thankfully they had these items sold in store. If it weren’t for him my car would be toast! Way better service than princess auto would have given me down the street. Thanks again CJ!
Gas pumps out of calibration Reads 5 L on pump screen but only put out 4.5L Talk to guy working there weeks ago nothing was done about it Other pumps in town working correctly
Cashier is ignorant. Asked if they accepted gift cards; was told Yes: proceeded to get my items and then was denied the use of the gift card because ' we just don't accept them ' for reasoning. Good thing I didn't get gas. Do better.
