I have had nothing but exceptional service from Uxbridge's Mobile Shop, over many interactions. Aiden & Jack are exceptional employees. They have been insanely patient and courteous. And informative on all the plans including troubleshooting on the phone, after purchase.. Good on you Mobile Shop - you could not get two better employees; do not lose them. Aiden has the patience of a saint.
Went in to get a basic talk and text plan and was assisted by Jack. He was very helpful and friendly, and saved us $ by letting us know of other options. Everything was set up for us and we were in and out very quickly. Thankful to have this service in Uxbridge!
We have purchased our family's phones here for a number of years. It can sometimes be a slow process, but the service and savings are worth it. We have always received the lowest price possible, and a large number of PC Points. Also,if you have any issues with your phone after purchase the staff will take the time to help you.
I was in the shop about a month ago or so wanting to switch from my mom's account onto my own. Dang was super helpful and made sure we understood everything. I also had a few questions about upgrading my phone. He told me about upgrade perks that weren't even listed on the Koodo website. He also told me I could use PC point towards the phone and the screen protector - I never knew you could do this. I paid nothing for the phone whereas online I would have. I am so glad Dang was able to walk me through the entire process and figure out how to get a brand new iPhone for $0. Thanks Dang! :D
