This is A great small business to do business with. I have bought a few machines from them and I’ve used them for service and repairs. They are honest on time and very gracious to work with in particular Logan in service who is always very fast at replying. I will continue doing business with them. Thanks for your continuous help.
I took a older bike there as they said they could repair it. It was there 2.weeks then I get a phone call that they won't work on it as it needed a top end ( low compression ) But could put new tires and fix the light. They where given a list to what was needed to fix this bike when I dropped it off. Long story short they where told make it run better then I will update the rest of it. So I went and got the bike and recieved a bill for $130.00 with a list of what it needed that they could not do Funny it was the same things I told them it needed. I told.the guy if I had been told that they could not work on it or would not work on it like I asked before taking it to them I would have never brought it there.and saved the money. I feel.i was Scamed

After checking out a few other dealers, I decided to come into ATC Corral to look for a snowmobile. Chris was who I dealt with and was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. He listened and understood the type of riding I wanted to do and helped me find a snowmobile that worked for me. He didn't hesitate to spend as much time with me as I needed and answer any and all questions or concerns I had. After picking out the snowmobile I wanted, it was an extremely quick and easy process to get all the paperwork signed for my new sled. Thank you to not only Chris but the entire team at ATC for having my sled ready as fast as possible for me. I would 1000% recommend the ATC Corral to anyone and everyone looking for any kind of off road vehicle and I will definitely be back for anything related to off roading in the future.
Do Not Expect Proper Maintenance Service From ATC Corral!! 0 stars if I could rate at that I purchased my SXS brand new from ATC corral in 2020 and had been using them for all servicing since and had faith in their service team as well as customer loyalty. That was until I took it somewhere else for my last service. (Closer location) Just to have the head mechanic call me up to say when they were servicing my spark plugs that the cables were seized on and tore the wires out upon removal and that I should contact who ever did my 100 hour service as this is the first inspection of plugs on the Polaris service manual. So I called up Joey, to which he informed me that they have never touched my spark plugs and tried to pass it off as the fault of the new mechanic. So I asked at what service are they supposed to inspect the plugs. Joeys response was “ well we don’t really follow the Polaris service manual. So I had been religiously taking my sxs to ATC (which was out of my way) just to find out what I thought I was getting and paying over $300 per service every 25 hours was in fact not what Polaris recommends! Is this not a Polaris approved dealer and service shop Never once even after asking did I get a proper break down of what each service entails. I wanted this for my own knowledge but was given basically given material and labour cost with no real point by point inspection and or service list . Guess I should have clued in at that point. All said and done I have not heard back about my issue from management nor service and WILL NOT be using ATC Corral for any services from this point on! Very unhappy with these findings. If this issue was in fact a factory issue and they had done the proper maintenance they could have discovered this issue and rectified it before my warranty was up and didn’t have to shell out another 150 bucks for new plug wires!!
Great dealership, great employees, great owner! I took interest in a bike they had, made a deal and dropped a deposit. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t follow through with the deal. I contacted Sean Cunningham “great guy” whom I made the deal with originally explained my situation he was very sympathetic and right away he went to work finding a solution to suit both parties. Now that’s what I call customer service! I would definitely recommend ATC to anyone for all their power sport needs! Thanks again to Sean and the crew at ATC for all your efforts they are greatly appreciated!
March 2022: Discovered the ATC Corral has new owners. 1st impressions not good. Had a bent snowmobile plastic ski, wanted to see if they could heat it up and straighten it. Left and didn't hear back. Called and was told their mechanic said nothing could be done. Brought it home, threw it in the hot tub overnight and voila, all fixed. Lowered rating to a 3 for now. Let's see what happens next time if I use them again. UPDATE: -1 star May 2022-Just before leaving on a bike trip I stripped one of the screws on my bikes brake reservoir and finally got it out. Went over to ATC to get one and explained they are generic and one from any bike, sled or atv reservoir would work. They said they required a part number to help me and of course they didn't have the exact p.n. Left frustrated. Old Nelson would have found one in their scrap and gave it to me. OLD REVIEW: The service is amazing. Quick, as promised, and always done right. I now bring my Suzuki Hayabusa here exclusively. I am a terrible person for maintenance and truly just love to ride so I love a place that cares for my baby. lol This is the kind of place where you bring it in for one problem and they end up checking over the whole bike .. and not to find more stuff to charge you for, but to ensure you don't have any other issues. Nelson's expertise has saved me serious $$ by finding serious issues before they became worse. They care! They have topped up fluids and fixed several little things for me at no charge, and pointed out several other things to monitor. Their fees are very reasonable and they often put in more time then they charge you for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any of your toys!
